My Experience

Strategic design and advisory role. I work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, data and IT to make public services more understandable, accessible and workable. My focus is on organising collaboration, making user contexts visible, and translating insights into concrete improvement and innovation proposals.

I assess research and innovation projects on social relevance, feasibility, added value and impact for people with diabetes, focusing on which projects connect with the daily reality, needs and lived experiences of the target group.

Lead designer for the JEX app, translating user needs, business goals and technical possibilities into well-founded design decisions. I also strengthened the UX maturity of the team by integrating user research, data and a sharper design process more structurally into the way of working.
